At SUBLIME, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy follows the spirit of fairness and care inspired by the Sunnah. If you are not happy with your perfume, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions.
Eligibility:
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of purchase.
- The perfume bottle must have at least 95% of the product remaining.
- The original packaging, including the box, should be intact. If the box is missing or damaged beyond its original condition, a small compensation charge may apply.
- Customized items are exempt from our return and exchange policy.
- Once the return is received, it will undergo inspection and verification for the refund process within 48 working hours.
- Pack of 2ml, 5ml & 10ml are not refundable.
- Customized Orders can be priced extra, please confirm the price first.
Return/Exchange Process:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team on WhatsApp at 0336-111-53-53
- Once your return request is approved, please ship the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
- It may take 4-5 working days to process your return request once we receive the product.
- Packaging fee is 100 PKR, and free testers are valued at 250 PKR. The corresponding amounts will be deducted per Item, from the refund if the packaging is opened or the testers have been used.
- Customers are responsible for any delivery charges incurred for exchanging products.
- In cases of damage, leakage, or receipt of the wrong product, we will cover all delivery charges related to the return or exchange.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
